One restaurant employee was caught not washing hands and another Lawrenceville, Ga. eatery had mold and rust in an ice machine. However, several fast food restaurants scored well.

There is visible light which can be an entry for rodents and insects. Provide a provision to eliminate the light coming from the opening (replacing the strip or filling the opening).
