Food in walk in cooler must be covered.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 10D, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(d) ] Bulk products removed from their original packages, and not labeled with the common name of the food. Multiple containers found not labeled. Bulk products removed from their original packages must be labeled with the common name of the food.  New Violation. 10D, Violation of Code: [.04(3)(l) ] [.04(3)(l)(2)]Shellfish tags not kept on file in chronological order for 90 calendar days from the date of harvest. According to staff, the New Zealand Greenshell Mussels are for customers. Labeling on boxes with supplier information not maintained on file for 90 days. Ensure the date is written on the box when the last mussel is served from container. Ensure boxes are filed for 90 days in chronological order.  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] No chlorine in sanitizer solution for cloth towels (front for tables - both buckets). Must maintain safe, but adequate level of chlorine in sanitizer solution for cloth towels.  Repeat Violation. 14B, Violation of Code: [.05(10)(a) ] Containers stacked wet and not draining to air dry. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment
and utensils: 1. Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and 2. May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry.  New Violation. 14C, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(r) ] Soy sauce buckets reused for food storage (sprouts). Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused.  New Violation.
