Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Employee changed gloves without washing hands. Had employee remove new gloves and wash hands. Employees must wash hands prior to donning gloves for food service. New Violation. 2-2A, Violation of Code: [.03(4)(a)-(f) ] Person in charge could not answer questions about waht should be reported to the person in charge or the health department. Showed person in charge where the policy was located and reviewed until he could answer questions. Person in charge must be able to demonstrate knowledge about the health policy and what must be reported to whom. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(i) ] Employees handling/preparing food not wearing any hair restraints. Hats were put on employees dealing with food.
