Potentially hazardous foods need to be mainatained at 41oF or below at all times. Foods that were above 41oF were discarded at the time of the inspection. This violation is a repeat violation. Please be mindful that facilites receiving 3 repeats of the same violation/same provision code on 3 consecutive routine inspections can have permitted suspended (today's cold holding violation is the 2 occurance of this violation).
