Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Inside of the 2 door cooler located in the back kitchen there were several potentially hazardous foods that were above 41oF, person in charge indicated that all items were from yesterday. Potentially hazardous foods need to be mainatained at 41oF or below at all times. Foods that were above 41oF were discarded at the time of the inspection. This violation is a repeat violation. Please be mindful that facilites receiving 3 repeats of the same violation/same provision code on 3 consecutive routine inspections can have permitted suspended (today's cold holding violation is the 2 occurance of this violation). Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 12B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Two employees observed wearing a bracelet and watch while engaged in food prep. Employee are only allowed to wear a plain ring while engaged in food prep. Both employees removed their jewelry during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
