Produce re-located to an approved location. Chicken, beef, & vegetable patties re-arranged properly in the freezer. Store ready-to eat-food, vegetables above & separately from raw meat like fish, beef, chicken, eggs. Raw eggs, raw meat, raw seafood must be stored according to cook temperature. Corrected On-Site. IF THIS ITEM IS MARKED OUT OF COMPLIANCE ON THE NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION, THEN THE PERMIT MAY BE SUSPENDED. Corrected On-Site.
