Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Observed person in charge and employee put on gloves without washing hands to handle food. Observed employee blow into gloves before putting on gloves to handle food. Had employee and person in charge wash hands and change gloves. Hands must be washed between glove changes.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(b) ] Observed person in charge wash hands in vegetable sink without using soap. Had person in charge wash hands in hand sink and use soap. Soap must be used when washing hands.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 2-2A, Violation of Code: [.03(4)(a)-(f) ] Person in charge unable to name any symptoms or illnesses of when not to work. Went over employee health policy with person in charge. Person in charge must know which symptoms and illnesses of when to exclude or restrict employees from work.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Observed two employee drinks stored on top of cooler. Had person in charge move drinks to bottom shelf. Employee drinks cannot be stored where they can contaminate food.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(d) ] Observed person in charge wash hands in vegetable sink. Had person in charge rewash hands in hand wash sink. Hand washing may only be done in hand sink.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(t) ] Observed rice cooking in rice cooker on floor. Had person in charge move rice cooker 6 inches above the floor. Food prep cannot be done on the floor.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] Observed more than 3 wet wiping cloths on counters and coolers. Placed cloths in sanitizer. Wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer between uses.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 14C, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(r) ] Facility reusing red hot containers to store wing sauce. Single use containers cannot be reused to store food.  New Violation. 17B, Violation of Code: [.06(5)(n) ] Lid on dumpster in disrepair. Lid must be replaced on dumpster.  New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(n) ] Trash all outside of back door. Need to clean up back area. Box of cooked chicken outside attracting flies. Back area must be kept free of litter and unnecessary items.  Repeat Violation. 18, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(k) ] Observed several flies in kitchen area. Pest must be controlled.  New Violation.
