Spring Carnival for Children with Special Needs, Saturday, April 21 from 1 PM to 4 PM at 1150 Cole Drive, Lilburn, GA. Children with special needs and their families are invited to this carnival for food, fun, and games. Admission is free. Carnival is sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
