Casino Royale Gala Event

The Northeast Atlanta Ballet proudly announces our third annual charity Gala Event, Casino Royale, to be held Saturday, September 29th, 2012, at the Northwood Country Club.

The Northeast Atlanta Ballet, a 501 (c )3 organization, celebrates its 16th season as Gwinnett County’s premier ballet company.  The Company was founded by Jennifer Gordon, a Georgia State Alumni and former member of the Atlanta Ballet, in response to our community’s need for high quality, affordable cultural experiences. The Northeast Atlanta Ballet is proud to have the support of numerous grant partners including the Georgia Council for the Arts, Publix Supermarket Charities, UPS Foundation, and Target Stores.

This award winning event is a major funding source for the Northeast Atlanta Ballet.  Our inaugural event, Cinderella’s Ball, was recognized by the International Special Events Society as best event on a shoestring! Guests will be greeted with a live jazz trio and will be escorted through the Vegas style slot machines by costumed performers where they will enjoy a champagne reception, cocktails, and hors doeuvres.  An inviting silent auction in the main promenade will feature luxurious gifts, sports memorabilia, vacation packages, and more!  Guests will then be led into the grand room where they will try their luck at black jack, poker, craps, and roulette. After guests have enjoyed their fill of food, music, and dance, they will be treated to a performance by the accomplished alumni of the Northeast Atlanta Ballet.  The evening will wrap up with our delicious dessert presentation held in the grand gazebo.   “Patrons had an absolute ball at our last event. What a fun way for our supporters to raise funds for our dancers and to ensure that we will have our resident orchestra, the Gwinnett Symphony Orchestra, play live for us at all of Nutcracker and Swan Lake performances held at Gwinnett Center.” states Marsha Byokawski, Board President.
