1.  Passover French Toast

  • Kosher for Passover store bought sponge cake or marble cake (or homemade)
  • 1 -2 eggs, beaten
  • Butter (1 tbsp)

2.  Matzo Brei

  • 1 MATZO (Try whole wheat - they won't even notice!)
  • 1 MEDIUM EGG
  • 1 teaspoon BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 shake of cinnamon

3. Matzoh Balls (Knaidech)

  • 3 eggs
  •  3 tablespoons chicken fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons hot water or chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup matzoh meal

4.  Grandma's Noodle Pudding

  • 1 pound wide noodles (kosher for Passover)
  • 1/2 lb. salted butter
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, not drained ground cinnamon, to taste
