Lawrenceville Church to Ring Bells for Newtown Anniversary
The First Baptist Church of Lawrenceville will ring their bells 26 times in memory of the victims of the Sandy Hook shootings.
Saturday marks the one year anniversary of the tragic shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
Starting at 9 a.m., the First Baptist Church of Lawrenceville will ring its bells 26 times. One time for each of the 20 children and six women who died on December 14, 2012.
The City of Lawrenceville is inviting residents, neighbors and visitors to join in the remembrance.
