As an integral member of the Commercial Operations Department, the NUTRITION FOOD SERVICES Technician works as part of a team with other staff, supervisors and managers to ensure optimal customer service is provided. The principal responsibilities of the technician include: greeting/serving customers in a friendly manner; processing cash, credit card and debit purchases; preparing food items offered on the menu; retrieving, stocking and setting up food items; cleaning/maintaining the food preparation area and condiment/utensil stand; assisting colleagues with food preparation and transportation; performing cross-functional duties as assigned and/or required; performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as required.
