County Offices Closed for President’s Day, Trash Pickup Unaffected
Trash pickup for Gwinnett County continues as normal during President's Day holiday.
President’s Day is Monday, Feb. 20 and all Gwinnett County government offices, with the exception of those that are required for the comfort and safety of citizens within the county, are scheduled to be closed for the holiday. Government offices will reopen for regular hours on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
Trash pickup during the week of President’s Day will remain unaffected as haulers will follow their normal trash and recycling pick-up schedule. Residents can find specific hauler information online by visiting www.gwinnettcounty.com. The Gwinnett County Solid Waste and Recycling Center will close for the Feb. 20 holiday; however hauler call centers will remain open.
Magistrate Court judges are available at the Gwinnett County Detention Center 24 hours a day including holidays.
