With enough sunshine to turn sidewalk temperatures into egg-frying grills, adults and children head to the local water parks for a respite from this summer’s heat.
Rhodes Jordan Park, located at 100 East Crogan Street in Lawrenceville, is currently in the renovation process which began last June, and should be completed through this summer. The park sprawls over 162 acres and includes a fishing lake, seven baseball diamonds, a football field overlay, Community Recreation Center, a tennis center with eight lighted courts, to name just a few of the amenities.
