Samuel Alan Putinsky, age 15, son of Alan and Vickie Putinsky of Buford has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He was awarded the Eagle Scout Rank on August 28, 2013. He is a member of Troop 1595, sponsored by Hebron Christian Academy. For his Eagle Project; He planned and built a History and Nature Preserve Kiosk for Gwinnet County Little Mulberry Park. Samuel has earned 27 merit badges and held the positions of Senior Patrol Leader, Assistance Senior Patrol Leader and Historian in his Troop. He is currently a Sophomore at Mountain View High School.
