Job Posting: Construction Manager

Gwinnett County Habitat for Humanity is seeking a full-time Construction Manager to coordinate and direct all building activities for the affiliate in accordance with Gwinnett Habitat’s mission and standard of excellence. Qualified applicants need 3+ years of residential construction management experience that includes site selection, obtaining permits and surveys, scheduling and monitoring subcontractors and inspectors, ensuring that houses are built to code and that safety procedures are followed, and creating and adhering to the construction budget for each project. Must have ability to lead, manage, supervise and motivate individuals and teams of volunteers. Desire to serve low-income families is also needed. Non-profit experience is a plus.
