Though over the phone we did have a misunderstanding about my appointment time, the owner did apologize. The shop was clean and organized, and the two girls who braided my hair made sure that I was comfortable and entertained. I brought my own hair products for them to use, and when I asked they had no problem with using my products. They also said that it was okay if I brought my own book to read during the 6 hours that they took on my hair.

My hair turned out neat and my Senegalese twist were just how I pictured them. They do braid a bit tight; so if your a bit sensitive I would warn you of that, though that is to be expected at certain braiding shops. The tightness did loosen up alot after the first week.
Overall I do recommend them, and when I do decide to get my hair braided again they will be my first choice
