HI to all you Seniors who are excited about life!! I hope to provide some fun ideas for you to help you enjoy shopping on a budget, getting fit and feeling absolutely fabulous while you are growing older gracefully and fabulously!!! These years can be the best ever for us. We know now what we didnt know then!!! We are smart, we are blessed whether rich or poor, and we can be role models for generations that are coming after us. I had the honor of winning the title of Ms. Senior Georgia 2012 two weeks ago and I have brought the crown to Lawrenceville!! I will be posting events where I will be appearing, and if you have a group who needs a speaker or an appearance let me know and I will see if I can be there for YOU!!! Queen Mary, love the Fit for a Queen theme. Glad you're doing this.
As for senior shopping, of course, there's the senior day (Wednesdays) at Kroger and Publix (or at least I think P's does it). I can't imagine doing the bulk of my grocery shopping any other day.
