Voters at the Polls
Turnout has been "steady" at voting locations in Lawrenceville as residents vote for TSPLOST, judges and other seats and issues.
Lawrenceville Patch checked in at the polling station at Lawrenceville First Baptist Church at about 1pm on Election Day. There were a few people trickling in, but no waits for voters to cast their ballots.
"Turnout has been pretty consistent with an off election," said polling manager Pat Smith. She said the flow has been fairly steady. "Today's ballot has some pretty hot topics, so people are coming in to vote."
Patch has a live blog up following the developments of with the elections and TSPLOST results. Starting at 7pm, we'll launch another live blog with results from races around Lawrenceville and Gwinnett County.
Polls close at 7pm.
