City and County officials were on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony at Rhodes Jordan Park Tuesday. The park recently underwent renovations. Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson was there, along with her great nieces, Kathryn and Elizabeth Carter. The three year old twins are Rhodes Jordans' great-granddaughters.
