Gwinnett County is currently seeking a Real Estate Specialist. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the acquisition and management of real estate for County projects. They will be responsible for acquiring real property rights, managing residential and commercial property, negotiating purchases and leases and more.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and four years of real estate experience is required.
