12Stone Church is currently hiring for a Pastor of Spiritual Formation. The person in this position will oversee all of the adult ministries at the Lawrenceville church. This includes Small Groups, church-wide leadership development, Volunteer Mobilization, Marriage, Support and Recovery, Guest Services and New Believers. 

The ideal candidate will have ten or more years experience in leading ministry teams and staff. They should have also served as a leader in a large, fast-paced local church of 5,000 or more in attendance.
