Human Bones Found in Lawrenceville

Gwinnett County Police hope a T-shirt can help identify the remains of a person found in unincorporated Lawrenceville, Ga.

Neighbors near 1414 Azalea Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville discovered human remains there Sunday afternoon.

Gwinnett County Police Detectives are considering this to be a “suspicious death” and will investigate it as such.

They believe the victim to be a black female between the ages of 16 and 30. She was found wearing a T-shirt from a memorial function for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in 2008. The shirt reads:

"BELOVED COMMUNITY MARCH, MEMPHIS, TN
