The Salvation Army is currently seeking a Case Manager. The incumbent will conduct assessments and evaluations of prospective clients. They will devise plans to provide support, advocacy and crisis intervention.

At least three years of progressively responsible experience providing direct case management social services is required. This includes assessing clients’ needs and developing individual, comprehensive, long-term action plans for recovery utilizing a wide variety of resources and more.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
