(Gwinnett County, Georgia) — On May 25, 2012 at 12:00 p.m., Renita Hamilton officially qualified to run for Georgia State House of Representative District Seat 105.

"Swirling with confidence, pride, and honor I qualified officially on May 25th, 2012 to be your candidate for House District 105. I was elated to walk onto the steps of the Georgia State Capitol and stand up for our District and all of our best interest." 

"Some is not a number and soon is not a time. My goal is to sustain and improve the quality of life for every single resident in District 105 and I have a plan to have this done with your help exactly one year from now."

Renita Hamilton is a mother, small business owner, event planner and wedding coordinator. An active member of the PTA, Renita volunteers for several non-profit organizations. Renita lives in Lawrenceville with her family. Renita and her family are Christians. Renita was baptized at the age of 11. Her son Kaleb, attends Gwinnett County Public Schools. Renita believes in strengthening our neighborhoods, communities, education, and businesses.
